Registration Fees

Each participant to the conference must register and send his payment before the conference time. Three registration categories are available: academic registration must be chosen by researchers of universities of state research centres, student registration must be chosen by Ph. D or Master students, whilst industrial registration must be chosen for researchers or engineers from industry.

ACADEMIC Registration
(includes reception, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, Gala dinner and social activities)

Participants have the possibility, during their registration process, to declare accompanying persons. The extra cost is in that case of 80€ and includes an access to the reception at the town hall, the gala dinner and the social activity.

Early registration are open from the 1st of June, 2009, to the 12 of March 2010. After this date, the registration fee is significantly increased.

Please note that at least one author is required to register in order for his papers to appear in the proceedings.

The payments modes are:

• Bank transfert
• Credit Card
• French 'Bon de commande', for French institutions
• Last minutes by Credit Card at the desk (but we encourage strongly the participants to pay before the conference time).

Terms of Cancellation: No refund of paid registration fees will be made for cancellation.
