Best student paper prize


The Best Student Paper Prize constitutes an exciting and challenging opportunity for young researchers to promote their works in the field of Project Management and Scheduling. The aim of this prize is to highlight the best outstanding works presented at the conference by Ph. D. students. All submitted papers to this challenging prize will be evaluated by the International Program Committee which will rank the three best papers. Three prizes will be delivered during the gala diner and selected young researchers will receive a financial grant according to the following grades:

  • Best Student Paper Prize: 500€,
  • 2nd Prize: 300€,
  • 3rd Prize: 200€.

To apply for the Best Student Paper Prize, the following conditions must be answered:

  • At least one of the author must be a Ph. D. student not yet having defended her/his Ph. D. at the time of the conference,
  • The Ph. D. student must be the first author of the submitted extended abstract,
  • The submitted extended abstract has first to be accepted for presentation at the conference,
  • The Ph. D. student must herself/himself present her/his work during the conference.

Candidates for applying to the Best Student Paper Prize must follow the online submission procedure and indicate in the submission form that they challenge for the prize.
